I'm struggling to find many recent reviews and resources for FFS with Suporn.
I have SRS and trachea shave booked with him, and I'm wondering if I should try and get the rest done with him as well.
Anyone have any experience or can link me some information? I'm mainly after recent before and after photos.
I tried to find out about Suporn's FFS and there's very little info on it. I've spoken to a few women who've done it or have friends who've done it and they are generally quite happy. Personally, I think he's easily the best for SRS, but I'd probably be looking elsewhere for FFS due to that uncertainty.
You could try asking the clinic if he's prepared to do FFS at the same time as your other procedures, because if he's not the decision is simple.
Thank you Anon. You're always super helpful.
I guess I'll wait and see if anyone else has any feedback otherwise I'll stick with another FFS surgeon.
I had my forehead done with Dr Suporn and the only person I've seen do foreheads like this besides him is Dr O (and probably is protégé, but I don't know, haven't seen his work). I wish I had some before and afters for you. I had quite a masculine forehead before surgery, type 3, and just.. the opposite of now. It's flat, yet rounded, so smooth and feminine. He does very expensive foreheads, but he fit my aesthetic. Do you have any friends who are like.. super cute? Like they have cute lil noses, cute lil chins, cute lil chipmunk cheeks, and beautiful, curved, round but flat foreheads? That's what he gave me. A hyper feminine forehead. If you have a very large nose, maybe consider that he isn't your best option, as a more.. masculine forehead might actually look better. I sometimes feel like my nose is so big and manly compared to how feminine the rest of my face is (I had the rest of my face and a rhinoplasty revision with Dr Van Der Dussen in Belgium, who also complimented Dr Suporn's forehead work, although it was stylistically different to his. I highly recommend Dr Van der Dussen for FFS, he did a great job on my chin and jaw, and I'm sure he would have snatched my nose had I just come to him before letting another doctor ruin my nose, but he did a great revision on it too).

Wow thank you so much for your reply. I actually am going ahead with Van der Dussen and am in the process of booking a date.. but this has made me feel really confident. He's doing my forehead, browlift, nose and tracheal shave. That just leaves a lip lift for Suporn to take care of.
How would you say the incision/scar is on your forehead?
Aaahh great choice! I don't know why he's so slept on here, he is such a good doctor! Very skilled! He gave me a perfectly straight nose in profile and just made it much more pleasant overall, and that was in a revision, a somewhat difficult one at that. He's quite well known for noses, I believe! He also took so much bone off my jaw and chin and added a buccal fat removal right before my surgery (with my consent, of course). I would trust him completely to do excellent forehead work, and I was very particular about who I wanted to touch my forehead. I'm sure you'll be very happy. He also doesn't leave you looking all..surgery'ish. The other Belgian doctor that everyone here loves doesn't do it for me. I don't think I've seen a single result from him that I liked, but to each their own, we all like different things.
My forehead scar is something I never really think of unless I have a tan (which is never, tans fade, sun damage doesn't). No one has ever noticed it. Dr Suporn does excellent stitching. No one has ever noticed any scars on my vulva either, and I've been eaten in broad daylight. The appearance of his vulvas range from gorgeous to hideous, but honestly that's true for all surgeons. I have seen WOW results from most surgeons, and I've seen frightening results from all of them too. I will say this: if you plan ahead that SRS should always have a cosmetic revision when it's fully healed, you're being smart. Most 1 step procedures could do with some tweaking after a year.

Amazing! I feel so confident now, about both Suporn and van der Dussen. I'm definitely going to have the free revision with my SRS as well.
You've been so helpful, thank you!
Just do keep in mind that Dr Suporn's dilation is no joke, and varies from moderstely difficult to (my case) an eternal pain. I don't regret my choice per se, but it's something to keep in mind. I couldn't work for about 7 months because my dilation was so difficult.

I'm sorry to hear that. I have 6 months off university to recover, and I'm a full time student which means I'll rarely ever need to be away for a full day and miss a dilation. Hopefully it all works out.. I've heard the dilation process can be hell on earth.
Aaahh that's so good! I was an exceptionally bad case, I think, so you shouldn't expect to have as bad a time as I did.
Have you asked Suporn why it's still difficult and if there's anything he can do about it?
They had no idea why it was so difficult then, I am not exactly hopeful they're any better informed now. Besides, they literally didn't even examine me or anything. Just said "make sure you keep dilating".
I suspect you'd have to go back and see Dr Suporn in person.
For what? It's been like this since I was there the first time. You know how they tell you you get one month of "easy" dilation? I never did. Mine was problematic from the grt go.

Your situation is quite unusual so I'm thinking you could ask Dr Suporn if he knows why and if there's anything you do do about it. He's had nearly 3000 patients so if anyone knows its probably him. I've heard email with the clinic tends not be be very useful, so that leaves going there.
There's two possible advantages. One is fixing it, and the other is knowing if you'll have it again if you get more surgery.
Naturally, we already discussed it while I was there. I was in Thailand for 5 or 6 weeks.
Hi,
Have you decided to go to Dr. Noorman van Der Dussen ? What made you this decision ?
thanks
