Title: Hrt pectoral muscle loss and breast growth
Post by: Jessica on October 17, 2017, 03:11:24 PM
Hi girls 🙋 my breasts now have golf ball sized breast buds.  That is something to celebrate about but I still measure the same as in the beginning.  Could this be because of pectoral muscle loss?
Thanks sweeties, Jessica 💁

In my case it was that and fat loss too.  I'm actually smaller there than before HRT.  However, the difference between breast and ribcage circumference is larger.  That started at 4" and is now nearly 6".

I have started doing some chest exercises again so it will be interesting to see what that does.

Jessica, Deborah has a good answer for you.  Also your bust measurement my not have actually changed as your breast tissue increase is about the same as your muscle lost, but your appearance can be easily be much more female.
