Title: The Transitioning Channel?
Post by: Gulistani248 on October 21, 2017, 05:12:36 PM
Hello,

There's a channel on Youtube, it's called the Transitioning Channel, has anyone heard of this?  The head of the channel, her name is Alexis?

I was just wondering if anyone has had experience working with Alexis and could tell me more about their experience(s), because I myself am thinking about working with her.

Thanks!

-Sarah

She is very knowledgable about the topic but I am not sure what her qualifications are. I recommend the channel because the information is a good starting point but beyond the videos I post, I know little about her. When you contact her, you should ask if she can write letters, her education, licensing and any additional questions you might have. Remember that you aren't committed to a single therapist. If you latter decide the therapist you are seeing isn't providing what you need, you can get another one.

There's a bunch out there. I'll have to check out this one though. There was one by a Swedish chick and she was a hoot, but gave up on you tube. I'll have to revisit as I'm a bit more along than I was and I have more questions...

I believe she is a licensed therapist.  She mentions her qualifications in her videos and in her webpage.

Shes a lifecoach but she has alot of personal experience. She  has the education of a therapist and shes a Phd candidate at Widener U. I've done session with her. She recommended I also get an actual therapist as well. I dont know how much I can speak on this within site rules.
