There is no generic answer. It depends on your face and as well on your feeling.

If you want, that the users from here can do some suggestions you need to post some portrait photos in different angles (0°, 45°, 90°) with a hairband, so that the full hairline is visible.

Otherwise I would suggest, that you make a consultation with a good FFS surgeon, which can give you clear view of what could help and what not.

Take care...  :-*

i know everyone is different and i will have meeting with my doctor BUT i want to have general idea
i remember reading post about girl saying her doctor told her nothing feminize the face more than cheek implant
which i feel its the case

if someone have strong jaw and chin ( somehow like angelina jolie ) and loss of cheek volume

does cheek implant or jaw chin shaving can give the person noticeable feminization

It depend on your current face. If you have masculine features, it will probably help. If you already have those features it will look like have have be over operated on. The mark of a good surgeon is to make it look like you haven't been operated on. How much change and where can be estimated from photos but until the surgeon sees you in person, even the surgeon won't know exactly what should be done.

The "big five" in FFS seem to be forehead, hairline, jaw, chin and nose. Of these, several surgeons consider forehead to be the most important part in facial gender recognition and thus a centerpiece of FFS. However no general statements can be made about it as individually other features may be more dominant .

My FFS surgeon really encourages cheek implants. He says that nothing feminizes a face better than cheek implants.

That may just be his opinion. I have my own thoughts.

I already have prominent cheek bones, so I opted to not do that procedure. I went with brow reduction, hairline advance, lower eyelid reduction, nose tip reduction, upper lip shortening and a face lift. I am happy with my face.

As others have already said, it really depends on what you need to have done.

After what amount of FFS would biometric immigration gates stop working for an average traveller?

I guess the answer might be different for each individual, but is there a single procedure that is almost guaranteed to break the biometrics and so mean a new passport is a must?
