Heres a link to fun 6 dealy test on Brain Gender, not questions, but puzzles, very interesting that I scored Female on 5 out of the 6 questions, I did my best too???

This was submitted to the BBC Science, by prominant Gender Researchers at the Science Musuem of London

Ok, scored female but...

I don't get where people say this is a female way of thinking or a male way of thinking. I mean, I know girls that can think in 3D just fine. Females can be mechanically inclined and good with numbers not just men imo.

And go fig, I did missed up the 3D parts.

interesting test though.

I scored female. Knew I would. I'm terrible at all that technical stuff.

What a crock, they designed the Web pages for PC's with either IE or Netscape. They haven't heard of Mac's? I'm using Safari 3.0.4 (latest) and they say I'm using an "old" browser. I used Netscape which worked and I scored female, but it's really a really dumb test, "Like Duh!". Didn't they hear that women took all the top honors at a national science conference for young scientists?

LOL- figures, I scored female. Like duh!! I could've told them that to start!!lol
Only prob I see is that after the results it can be totally useless in that you know which questions are which and can pay attention to the ones that will give you the answer you seek at the end. Just a thought here.

I can't pick pennies off a table, I have to slide them off the side into my waiting hands.

Female.
I got the first one wrong though..I didn't realize it was timed.
I got all female.  except for that.
Funny thing though I wish it weren't timed.
I am really good at 3D (I designed a popup book for my final project in my design class)
So it's kinda wierd.
If they had 100 questions that were not timed of this I would be interested in seeing the results.
Fun gadget though... :D

Female... kinda not surprised.

Begs the question though - those aptitude test thingees in primary school (we had bunches of them in South Africa, anyways...) could theoretically be early indicators of brain sex... perhaps we don't have to all stumble around alone in the dark... maybe they can devise a test... make a pill... cure us all... it's the Western way!

Seriously though, it would have been nice for one of the guidance teachers way back when to tell me it was okay that my brain worked like a girl's. Instead I tried really hard to become a Vulcan from there on out.

According to this one I'm a solid chic.
I usually come out 50-50 or 40-60 on the tests with more questions.
It's always fun to do these things, though.

All it proves is whether you have more abstract or more relational thinking.  I'm quite sure a female engineer, etc would score the same as most males and be quite offended to be told her brain was male.

I can, but I've got very long fingernails. >.>

I scored equally male and female, which didn't surprise me. I scored the same on a similar test in elementary school (also scored perfectly balanced between left and right brain dominance).

I scored female as well... What a surprise!

If we took all these gender tests and put them together, maybe we wouldn't have to do the Harry Benjamin thing... Nah!

But think of the time and discomfort it could save if there *was* an objective test we could take...

"Mrs Smith, I'm afraid that your Son/Daughter is really a female/male.  They need immediate GRS to save their sanity otherwise they could spend their entire life in a relentless search for internal comfort and peace."

"Thank you Doctor!  Of course we must do everything we can to save little Tommy's/Sandy's life!  How soon can you perform the change"

"Right now."

If only *that* dream could come true...

As close as I am to my change, it wouldn't do anything for me to have the advantage of such an idylic life, but if some poor soul *could* ever benifit from this, it would be WONDERFUL!
