Hi. After my last post i have decided that i am now truly ready for my next step so i need your help figuring out what ffs do i need. I know i need hair removal and a chin shave. I cant see anything wrong with my nose except that with my current features it may make my face more masculine. My forehead doesnt seem to be worth the money. My jaw is cool and sharp but subtle so i may not need anything there. My lips are proportion but do to the space between nose and upper lip i may need a lift. Well thats what i see but no matter how much i look at my face i still see the old me even though its hard to recognise me if you were to look at my old pics. Thats where you come in. I've been on hormones 2 y and 6 months give or take and they have been subtle my body looks like a 13 year old girl😢. But oh well maybe after orchie it well be better. So just let me know what you think. Thanks.

You're really pretty, iamthatiam8. I don't think you need any surgery.
From what I'm seeing a trach shave would do you a lot of good. Maybe a tiny bit of a brow ridge reduction and possibly a lip lift but the last two really aren't outside of female norms from what I'm seeing. (You really lucked out to be honest)
Your cheeks are great, your nose is super cute, you have a great jaw line, you have fantastic hair and a wonderful hairline, your lips are nice, and you don't have heavy orbits like I do. There simply isn't much that I could see you benefiting from. Knock the adam's apple down, work on your voice, and you'd be all set.
I agree, a trach shave is number one. Possibly a lip lift just to get the top one fuller. But everything else is really good. I find your pics interesting because when I was younger, I looked a lot like you. :)
You already look great! Trach shave is the only for sure thing. Maybe upper lip lift. I think you should definitely skip the brow ridge all together. It would be a waste of money.

Thats so cool that i looked like you. Are you my doppelganger or just look somewhat alike.😱
Thanks everyone for your responces. If you could share this thread for me it would be so cool i want to know what everyone thinks that i know 100%. Its cool that what i see coincides with everybody it really helps.
I think a trach shave is almost mandatory, other than that I would say the brow work would be worth the money, but may be more visible in the profile and not so much when you look at yourself in the mirror. Hairline is perfect omega shaped, Node is shaped well. Cheeks seem ok. I think if you ar bothered by it, a jaw and chin reduction may be of benefit, but its quite in a female normal range , just a tiny bit wider maybe.

Well, I was very similar to you, about 30 years ago!
I think that you are a beautiful woman already. I also understand facial dysphoria and that it has nothing to do with the way you look. I think your nose and forehead are okay. In the profile pic I can see some frontal bossing, which can easily be corrected with radix nasal implant. Your chin and mandible are in the female range but having a chin and jaw surgery will further feminize your face. Lip lift is a MUST as the distance between your nose and upper lip is in the male range. Perhaps you can achieve the effect with dermal fillers, as well as correcting your nose with dermal fillers if the dermal filler is injected in the radix of your nose. The adam apple shave is a MUST also as it is in the male range. So my advice is a lip lift and adam apple shave as a MUST, nasal radix implant (dermal filler) and chin jaw work are very optional in my opinion. I hope this helps.

thank you Reborn it does help
What are radix implants? Would they basically avoid needing a forehead surgery? But is adding volume not counterproductive as it adds more mass and thus enlarge the face?

its strange. For people whose radix is indented the implant provides an align proportion between nose and forehead. I guess if you have small brow bossing like me the implant will make the transition between nose and forehead more smooth. Just look at pictures online its really interesting
Ok, I guess that could be an alternative then... Hmm - No surgeon yet has suggested it to me.
