Title: So I have a pretty small chest to begin with...
Post by: Sawney1000000 on November 06, 2017, 01:53:32 AM
Im starting T next week and Im curious about something, I know T doesnt get rid of boobs in any sense but I have a very small chest, like A cup. Im wondering should I even bother getting top surgery? Would my boobs be less noticable if i build up my pectoral muscles? I wanna be able to be in public with my shirt off just to clarify

T will make the boobs sag so they may look a bit more obvious. Even with chest exercises they probably still won't look like pecs. Tbh I'm not sure but it's quite common for guys with a chest as small as yours to get peri areola surgery so there must be a reason for that.

Ohh, I didnt know about the sagging...Honestly I would prefer that to the way they poke out now cuz it'll be easier to hide em under a shirt at least!! :-D But it looks like surgery may be needed after all...My father is against any kinda body-changing surgery so I'd have to wait a long time

I am thinking height, hairiness and boob size all come into the decision?
I'm a 34A-B and don't worry about going topless (5'10" and 146 pounds).  I don't have a lot of hair on my chest but my aerolas are only quarter-sized and I am pretty tall. So many guys have moobs nobody seems to notice, but sometimes people do ask me if I lift because I have good pecs. That always makes me smile.

Start saving up now. Your dad just needs some sense knocked into him because people get "body-changing" surgery every day. ex. wisdom teeth removal, cancer surgeries, heart, broken things that need internal fixing, etc

I started off with a small chest, just a bit under an A i think and I'm now even smaller than that. When I lift my arms up my chest is almost flat but I'm extremely thin so there's no way I could go out topless, it's very noticeable. If you're a bit bigger you might be able to get away with it. If you search Ty Turner on YouTube he's a transguy that hadn't had top surgery and is fine being shirtless and just puts tape over his nipples to keep them flat. He's pretty jacked though so it just looks like he has big pecs. It really all depends on your body structure.

When one has a small chest to start with, you still has some actual breast tissue and shape and this where the problem comes in for most guys in going shirtless. The nipple/aerolas complex is too large and stickup giving one that female look.  I am probably a 34C and am hoping that I maybe able to have peri procedure, will contact surgeon later to see what they say.

You may also want to look up Ty Turner on youtube, he's super into fitness and to my knowledge, hasn't gotten top! His chest is very small and he's able to pass it off as pecs. The vast majority of people can't manage it, but some can, and if you'd be curious to learn about it, that's a good place to look.

Your nipples will be positioned differently than a men´s nipples, but yes you could probably pass without surgery. I used to have B myself and the whole thing definitely got smaller, thank God.

Due to taping with sports tape my nipples are positioned more outward - but I have the chest of a man who has too much weight, while the rest of my body is too skinny - it just doesn´t add up.

It all depends on what you´re comfortable with.
