Hello beautiful people!
I recently came out as trans female and so far so good. Although I really dread talking to the rest of my family since they're all pretty much German Mennonites, meaning their also really trans/homophobic. :-X
However I am a bit lucky being in Vancouver since it's a very progressive city and seem to be very open-minded. I would like to know how people are doing in other parts of the world so if you want to spark up some conversation reply with your experience in any city good or bad.
Hi Alyssa, welcome!
I'm a 40 y/o mtf trans-woman from the UK. I've been to your beautiful city once before (almost 20 years ago), and enjoyed it very much, including the brewery on Granville Island [emoji4].
You'll find plenty of friendly people and great information here, make yourself comfy. X
