I have been diagnosed with DVT and will be discussing my treatment with my doctor in the morning I am on androcor and I have not found any links to DVT but I was hoping to find some information about this or any anti androgen that does not have any negative effects on the treatment of a DVT I am very concerned about this as I live in a small town and my doctor has limited experience in this area and we both want to get this right

"Older MtoF should probably also not be treated for an extended period with antiandrogens such as cyproterone acetate with its increased risk of thromboembolism"
Thank you for the reply I have stopped both my transition medications and will be seeing my transition doctor on December 5th I will discuss my options for transition with them then

I would just add
Only let your doctor give you bioidenticle hormones especially Estrodiol.
Second, the metabolites of bioidendicle Progesterone are known to reduce the effect that estrogen can have on blood clotting factor. This is known science if your doctor looks it up.
Also just from what I've read so far, I have not seen any known issues with Bicalumatide and thrombosis but it only has minimal use from doctors in the transgender population and is primarily used as an anti-cancer medication in older men.
