Hey Girls I'm Alex,
So recently I have read a couple of studies that found out that a regular consumption of green tea (daily/weekly) lowers estradiol and estrona levels on women's urine samples, either premenopause and postmenopause.
I'm a green tea drinker since I'm 16 (I'm 22 now) and I have always notice how my estradiol levels have always been really low (39 pg/mL) even though I'm on Estradiol.
Do you girls know anything about this?
Thanks so much for your help!
Alex.

Interesting. If your levels are monitored and within range of what they consider optimal while drinking green tea, then I don't see the issue.
