Caloric count to low for the past few days I am hugging a toilet trying not to throw up. Any advise on how to make this pass if I try to eat it makes me nauseated to the point I can swallow.

Pedialyte in the kiddie section... It will at least replenish electrolytes and potassium. That in itself will make you feel a little better.

When I was young, sipping lemon soda (7up) was the treatment. Today gatorade would be a better options as it has sugar, salt and potassium need to restore your electrolyte balance. There is a similar product for rehydration that is given to babies and it's available in the drug store. If this continues, go to the emergency room as they might need to rehydrate you by IV.

Most people can live without food for a month. Without fluid, 3 days. Sodium and potassium help you retain fluid so if you get all three, you will survive until you recover. It used to be when IVs where the only option, people would die from dehydration if they didn't get IV treatment. Pedialyte is a combination of salt, potassium, sugar and I think baking soda and it's a magic rehydration formula that has saved many lives and cost pennies a dose as opposed to many dollars for IV treatment. Gatorade is a close approximation and many people have it laying around the house.
In short, you need to retain fluid and a rehydration fluid will work better than water alone.
Don't worry much about calories unless you're diabetic. Try to stay hydrated. Take one sip of water every 5-10 minutes. If you can't maintain, then yes, a trip to the ER/A&E is probably in order.
I've received IV fluids a few times and given them thousands. It will perk you up in a hurry.

Yes. Any version of water that you can keep in will work. Electrolyte solutions are fine, but just as likely to be thrown up. It's the water that matters.
I found a link to a site with the original formula I remember. The second link is something that I don't know much about as my understanding was that all 4 ingredients were required for the formula to work correctly.

Again, rehydration solutions are fine if you can keep them in. If not, you need to get help. There's no magic formula that guarantees you will not vomit. The oft-recommended 7UP actually makes it more likely that you will. It's the water.
Yay I threw up my body reset now let me consume before the cycle restarts
