Hi,
I am currently on Dutasteride and Spironolactone (both daily) but want to further reduce my Testosterone so maybe I can reach a female range. Should I add Cyprotone or Estradiol to nuke my testosterone? Unfortunatley I cant buy both so I have to choose one or the other and I'm not sure which option would be best.
Thank you for reading

It doesn't lower instantly. Sometimes your body takes many months to reduce its testosterone. You already are on enough meds to have the desired effects. You also need to do all this through a Dr. so you can be properly tested and monitored.

What's your goal?
To just reduce your Testosterone, or are you looking to feminize your body?
If your ultimate goal is feminization... You'll need Estradiol for that anyhow.
The spironolactone will reduce your T and the Estradiol will keep it reduced once your body switched over.
You're very likely to have undesirable effects without a sex hormone (estradiol or testosterone).
i.e. Low energy, fatigue, fuzzy memory, visceral fat deposits...

In my experience, Cyproterone acetate is potent and it will obliterate your testosterone levels to nothing. But you need a sex hormone. You really should be taking E as well or there might be health issues.

Thanks for this, I'll go for estradiol, I just hope spiro and estro is enough to get rid of my damn T. So far my libido is completely gone and I haven't had an erection since starting spiro so maybe that's a good sign that its working, but Ive read reports saying that spiro and dut can raise Testosterone not lower, that's the last thing I need, more of that crap :(

This is something best discussed with your doctor - as you clearly have no idea what you are doing..

Well if your libido is gone I think that's kind of a sign your T is quite low. Make sure you're getting enough water and salt on Spiro.
I hope you have a doctor for this stuff.

I very much doubt they have a doctor, as no doctor would even suggest taking both spiro and cypro at the same time.
They also seem to be aiming for zero testosterone, which isn't a great idea nor is it the intention of HRT - women have T too, thanks to the adrenal glands. It's really quite apparent that they are going the DIY route, which is foolish and can be dangerous.

I've actually come across a few that took both at low doses, in addition to E, under the supervision of the doc. The thinking was that using both at lower doses could reduce side-effects seen at higher doses and achieve good testosterone inhibition in addition to Spiro neutralizing the increased water retention sometimes seen with cyproterone. As always, this needs to be done under supervision, every case is unique.

Women actually produce T from both
their ovaries (an important source) and adrenal glands.
I don't think taking Spiro is necessary because Cypro is so damn strong.
