I was told a few days after my surgery by my surgeon that ny swelling was consistent with my anatomy pre-op...but I want to know how long did it take to become flat or not cause a imprint when wearing clothes?
I'm 4.5 months post and it looks like I have a camel toe but when naked still hangs down and feels puffy, nowhere near flat...
Most of us who are post-op report some swelling up to 6 months or even a year after GCS.
The things I did to help me recover were rest, dilate, eat right, and light to moderate exercise as tolerated.
At 6 months I think most of my healing was complete and my swelling was 90% gone.

I have seen changes in healing from 4 months to 6 months. It has gotten flatter for me. Can't say what will happen for you.
Moni
Thanks for the replies...I know with any surgery they say up to a year for final result. Im just wondering now if maybe to much spongy erectile tissue was left and if my final result will be on the puffier side...
I'm coming up on 6 months and I am a bit disappointed with not being flat in front. All other swelling is long gone. I too hang down a bit. I'm 66 and carry very little extra weight but I think the "swelling" in front, keeping me from looking flat, might be a rare fatty deposit on me. If this is the case I may try for a bit of spot liposuction some day, in this small area, to get the final look I really want. . .
Yes, the area right in fromt above the clitoris area is puffy/swelling...I will continue to see as time goes on
