Thought I would say hello as a new member on this site. My name is Gabriel, and I'm from the US. I wanted to join this site to meet other people who are in the process of transitioning as well. :)
While I've only recently figured out that I'm a guy, I've had issues with gender for a while, and figuring things out has finally had stuff make sense for once. I can't say I'm very confident as myself quite yet, but I'm hoping to be moreso as time goes on.
With that being said, I'm happy to be joining this forum after lurking on it for a long while.

Hello Gabriel, welcome to Susan's!
I'm also in the US. I am transitioning in the opposite direction (MtF) but I bet many of our experiences are similar regardless of destination. As time goes on I believe this will all become more accepted, and will eventually be something commonly understood as a huge accomplishment - gaining control of your own destiny and having the best possible future.
I am confident you will become more confident. ;) Best wishes on your journey, you're at the right place!
Kendra
I can attest to all the folks here on Susan's as being straight shooters and a great resource. But finding a local support group where you can make friends and participate "in the flesh" so to speak is what will finally put you at ease. Hey ya! I hope you find out more answers to your questions. Keep exploring! :)
Hi Gabriel 🙋♀️ Welcome to Susan's!
Hi Gabriel.
Welcome to Susan's.
I'm in the process of coming out. I finally found myself and I'm waiting for an appointment with the gender therapist. It's a long wait in Sweden. About 8 months. But only the gender identity team can give you a gender dysphoria diagnose here.
Maybe it's easier in the US to find a therapist? I recommend you find a good gender therapist to assist you on your journey.
