Title: Spiro and exercise
Post by: Jessica on January 07, 2018, 08:31:48 PM
Hi girls 🙋‍♀️ I went out of town to run a 15k race.  I forgot my Spiro.  So testosterone wasn't being blocked for 2 doses.  I was wondering at the time if having the unblocked T would give me more energy or stamina.  I ran a pretty good pace for the first 10k+ (9.5 mpm) but the last 2 miles were uphill and it killed my time.  I'm not sure of any effect.  I felt about the same.  Just wondering.

Hugs, Jessica 💁‍♀️

I think that once spiro shuts down T production it takes a while before it ramps up again.  My guess is that your T was not changed by much.  Also, the primary effect for aerobic exercise is that your red blood cell count is lowered.  Once your T gets back up into the male range it would take six weeks or more before your red blood cell count goes back up.

Deborah you are my Wonder Woman.  I knew I would get the right answer from you.  I thought the same, but was just wondering.
