What the real differences between valerate and hemihydrate estradiol is there a reason valerate is used for injections or pills and not hemihydrate? And any way of them is more safe than the other valerate injections or hemihydrate and valerate pills Sublingual / Oral for over the age of 35 and smokers people and long-term use?
Estradiol hemihydrate is just plain old estradiol like the human body produces. This is used in pills for sure (I have one under my tongue as I'm typing) but far less often in injections.
Estradiol valerate is a drug which is structurally the same as plain old estradiol except one hydrogen atom is replaced by a chain of five carbons, one oxygen, and nine hydrogens (this whole mess is known as an ester in chem geek talk due to how it connects to the estradiol part.) But that's nothing to worry about as enzymes in your body are quite good at lopping off that extra chain and slapping a hydrogen back in its place leaving good old estradiol but it does take time.
That delay is good for injection use as it slows down how quickly your body can use the resulting estradiol. If you injected plain old estradiol your levels would be insanely high for a few hours and crash. With your body having to work to free estradiol from the valerate ester, it makes for a longer lasting dose.
As for the safety concern, that I don't know about. But in any case, this is about as good a reason to quit smoking as any.
I don't know when I take Estradiol valerate pills Oral I can feel Noticeable change but now I take Estradiol hemihydrate Sublingual i can't feel more changes i don't know why Maybe I need more time !!!! Or estradiol valerate Oral pills is strong then estradiol hemihydrate Sublingual

You will not "feel" any changes after taking your meds, unless you are taking a dose more suited to an elephant - ie These levels might kill you. Anything you may "feel" is simply a placebo effect.

I don't think she meant within minutes if that's what you're implying. I wouldn't consider nipple tenderness to be a "placebo" effect, and that can take place rather quickly.

Placebo effects are usually in the 2 to 3 % range. With so many of us reporting an "Estrogen High", there might be something more going on.
We suffer from gender dysphoria which was not fully understood until recently, if it is fully understood. The "Estrogen High" may be physical or psychological or both in nature, but it is real because it is reported so often. Gender dysphoria being primarily a psychological condition, we cannot discount the psychological benefit of starting a treatment plan that will correct our dysphoria. This is somewhat different than a Placebo Effect, where an unfounded belief in a cure with no known physical effects is in play.
From my experience, the "Estrogen High" was very strong at first, then as I developed, I just felt normal after I take my dose. I very much like feeling
normal. ;)
I had read about the valerate estradiol has an effect on the body large scale compared with estradiol hemihydrate this is what I meant
