Title: A smile in your eyes
Post by: Jessica on January 24, 2018, 09:23:54 AM
Hi girls 🙋‍♀️ One thing I've noticed since starting down this path I'm on, I like stopping and talking with people along the way.  I find it easy to strike up a conversation with women, sometimes complete strangers.  You would think that could conjure fear from such an interaction between strangers.  But a smile on your face and in your eyes goes a long way with anyone.  I even find it easier for me to interact with men.  Smiles, eye contact, conversation are reciprocated.

I think there are a lot of men who wish they could be more open with their own personal feelings.  Our social structure isn't very flexible to allow that to happen.  I do think it will though.  This is the era of the woman.  More men are realizing that women are as important as men in society and are saying so.

Just reflecting, Jess 💁‍♀️

Yes, I have noticed this too.  I was shopping for a card, probably for Christmas, and there was a lady there rummaging through the racks of cards.  I commiserated with her that you had to do so much looking to find the one card that doesn't suck.  She smiled and agreed, and then we went about our rummaging.  Just two members of the club sharing the secret handshake.

I've become friends with a group of women when I pick my grandson up from school.  Having a playdate at ones house tomorrow.
