Title: Back to the Beginning
Post by: TaiseiReborn on January 24, 2018, 12:13:19 PM
Hello all,

I will first say not too new to the site as I have viewed it quite a bit in the past and not new to the forum either as it has helped me out before. My name is Jirah Leigh Early and just getting back on HRT. I was previously on it for approximately five months and enjoyed every single minute of it, only issue was I had gotten scared of what was going on and didn't come out to everyone that I needed to such as coworkers, few friends, etc. So I had stopped abruptly and tried to regain all my masculinity of which that lasted about 15 days before I felt that urge again of wanting to slip into more feminine clothes and be authentic not only with myself but the world.

So after talking with my doctor I am back on and this time I'd rather not try going this road alone again so here I am in the hopes of meeting some others. Not only that but also trying to catalog the journey through blogging and pictures this time around as well. In terms of transitioning I am still very much new not having electrolysis and not having practiced my voice as much as I would like; but I am surely not going to stop this time around. So I hope to chat with you all and hope you have a wonderful day :).

Best wishes on your journey!  I've been on mine for a little under a month (HRT wise).

Thank you and same to you! How are you liking the new feelings so far? I feel like in a months time quite a few should have sprouted :).

Hi and welcome. I know how it feels to stop the hormones. Had to do that also some years ago for several years.

Now attempting, or actually this is not an attempt, this is my life now, being on hrt.

No going back ever again.

Oh wow I wasn't expecting quite this many replies thank you all for the lovely welcoming! I'm also glad to hear I wasn't the only one who had to stop hormones for a while. Yeah stopping them even for just that brief moment was probably one of my miserable times. I kept thinking to myself that it was fine but I certainly didn't feel that. I do hope that all is going well for all of you as well :)

Hi Jirah, welcome to Susan's Place! I stopped twice, once in my supplements phase and once on HRT to have surgery. Neither time was a picnic. Get busy posting and making friends!

Hugs, Devlyn

Thank you Devlyn,

I'm trying between a new game that I've been dying to play for 6 months and working all this OT, I have to wake up early just to relax and get everything else out of the way lol. Glad to hear it all went alright! Where they long phases or short?

I had to stop HRT early on in my transition due to family and work issues; and a lot of us run into various "speed bumps" during our journey that temporarily delay our transition. I hope everything goes well for you now😊
