Title: Just saw this in a men's restroom

I think the staff who did this tries to say: "Gentlemen, you should also wipe!"

You know.. I think its actually been over a decade since I last saw one of those.  The urinals that is.  Last time I saw one was when I was working cleaning up office suites and their bathrooms.

The roll of toilet paper on an urinal? Normally a shake should be sufficient  ;D

Guess I just see it as somebody left a paper towel roll there. Perhaps accidentally. Might be funnier (to me at least) if it was actually toilet paper.

Now if there were a pee funnel there too I think it would make men even more confused.   ??? :D
