Hey Everyone,
It's been awhile since I've posted but I ended up hitting a bit of a low point after HRT got delayed by nonsense... (long story) >:(
But the day is finally almost here! Tomorrow morning I'll be going to review my blood test at my clinic and then I should be walking out with my prescription!! :D
I'm really curious, for those of you gals on hormones already what method do you prefer (patch, pills, injections, etc)? I'm kinda hoping that my doctor will do injections but I've gotten the vibe it will probably be pills.
I know how getting started on hrt being delayed can suck so I feel for ya. I was about to start untill some thyroid issues made me have to wait another month. But it turned out to be a great thing actually. Before it happened, while I was all about starting hrt, I still had major doubt and I was scared maybe this was all in my head and I was making a mistake or something. Like this wasn't really me. But having to wait an extra month opened my eyes to how badly I wanted and need ed to transition and during that month where I though I may never be able to start hrt I was devastated. So then when I got the good news I was all good to go there was no more doubt. Now I know for a fact that I had to do this.maybe you can look at your delay in a similar light and not a bad thing.

I've got pills at the moment. They work well for me. I've heard that injection or patches can bypass the digestive system and be a little safer, but I haven't met any problems yet.
