I'm a girl I like football and scifi and too much bacon in one sandwich.
I also like my hair down, cute bracelets, the colour pink and emotional movies.
Does this make me a tom-boy? I am okay with that. My best friends are tom-boys.
I sometimes just wonder if I should be more...I dunno...girlie?
I think you'll find there's more variety in this community than just about anywhere else.

I'm going to a shooting competition called "Desert Brutality" this weekend, so it better be okay.
It's ok to be a girly girl when you want to and a tom boy at other times. I think most women float in between the two.
I'm more on the girly side generally but not always. I went full time last summer, I still kept golfing, won my fantasy baseball league and watched every Badger and Packer football game when I wasn't working. My mom and my sister watched more football than I did and follow it closer than I do. I would say they are neither girly girls or tom boys.
So as they say,
you do you.

Being a tomboy can be attractive to some guys as they may think it is cool that a girl likes doing some "boy" things that they as boys like doing. Just be yourself.
There's no "should" when it comes to being trans. You can be as masculine or as feminine as you want, or you can even alternate. You get to choose.
Of course it's ok for you to be a Tom boy if you want. There are no "rules". Lots of women like football. So what if you have extra bacon on your sandwich? I've seen some women who can out eat a large guy. I hate football and all sports really and I'm very girly with most things but I love Sci-fi and I find southpark and the three stooges funny. If that makes me a " tomboy" or masculine, oh well. I don't care. So many transwomen make their transition so much harder by totally stressing about their behavior and hobbies wondering if they are too masculine. Just be yourself. If someone doesn't like it or thinks you are being " masculine " screw them. Transition takes a lot from us but it doesn't need to take things you enjoy from you too.
It better be!
Of course it is, why do you think the term is around?
My wife is a tomboy, and so am I.
We both like girlie things too, we just make sure we wear our gloves over our manicured hands when we race the RZR.

It's true. They have so many romance movies! Unlike a lot of women I don't like romantic movies! They're boring! If the movie is about a jilted lover who goes on a rampage and starts slaughtering people or someone finds out they married an alien in human form then I would watch it. Lol

They did have a Hercules movie once, lol.
Personally, I find crime and thrillers boring and very rarely haven't figured out the plot early on.
For fun I like the Carbonaro Effect, it's hilarious at times.

I still have my suit of armor from my hero days but only the helmet fits nowadays :) And it certainly will be too heavy for me as I transist :)

Yes it so fine I'm in to guns , auto racing and survival / homesteading that doesn't make me any less of a woman
I personally don't like cars nor football, but I'm really into martial arts and HEMA. I'll probably pick up one of them once the summer holidays end.
You like things that are not considered feminine, so what? Nobody said you have to choose either dresses or sports.
Of course it is ok. I was thought to be one and never had anyone telling me I should be more girly.
Well except from my grandma but she was oldschool. She realized there was turning me into the perfect lady and gave up I think
