Many types fit that description. A search for e.g.

sheer non-padded underwire bra

might be a good place to start...

I just had to go bra shopping myself. I went to VS and their t-shirt bras are extremely comfortable (I actually fell asleep with it on last night). They do have bralettes that have 0 padding, but I don't know about underwire there lady that helped me suggested the ones I bought because they offer no push up and are thin.

I hate to say this, that is my mother's size, she goes to Lane Bryant. I think VS goes up to a 44e though. You could also try Torrid.

Cathrines Plus Size has a good selection of bras also.  In my experience they are very helpful.

Early in my bra buying life I decided a category called "bralette" would be right for me. I bought one that was little more than elastic fabric with a couple of straps and it did the job, other than the straps being a bit tight. Then I bought a couple of other bras called "bralettes" and they were very different. One with the stated size "almost A" has a bigger cup size than the couple of full A cuppers I owned. And the designs varied considerably.

In other words, there's little value to learning what a bra type is called. There are really no standards in that industry. You just have to look for one that seems like what you want and hope for the best. Be prepared for some trial and error.

Its easier to explain to sales lady if I knew what type of bra I am looking for.

I have larged breast and nipples, I really dont want push up bra making them look even bigger. But rather like thin lace bra that ascentuate my real breast.
