We have these for many things.
I wonder if an HRT anniversary could become a thing.

Defo - I wish I'd have made a proper note of my date. I just know that its 4-5 years constantly. Ish
I only know the date because I have to re-pellet every three months. I kinda have to keep track.
I use my first fill to document my HRT anniversary.

I started HRT on my 31st birthday, so my anniversary was something that I was going to celebrate anyways :D

That's awesome! I missed my birthday by less than a week. I started 5 days after my 43rd birthday. Close enough for me.
It seems I missed my anniversary by one day and did not even realize it.
The first one anyways.
I still have time for the second one.
HRT anniversaries and coming out Full-Time anniversaries are very special indeed...
I try to go celebrate (read between the lines... FOOD) when those occasions come up.

HRT Anniversary would be great for most people buttttttt... you being a Whovian would probably get into a TARDIS and keep going back to the same party!
I Look at my beginning HRT as my "new" birthday which was January 3, 2018. And as I see grown in others I see and sometimes have to wait to see the change in me but I enjoy it.

Starting HRT very relevant indeed and hence the ticker and hence a good idea to hold future anniversaries to remember such a significant event - the time we started medical transition.
We can all celebrate and have anniversaries for this.

Mine is rather easy. I started E the day after my wedding anniversary as it's the first appointment I could get after the holidays.
My other meds I started on my brothers birthday last May.
Makes it simple
