I've been on T for 2 years, 3 months, and I've seen all the typical changes in that time. As normal, I had bottom growth when I first started but then it plateaued. In the last few weeks it feels like I started T all over again - same massive increase in sex drive and also a growth spurt in my clitoris. I haven't measured but it feels like it grew another 50%.
I have not changed my dose of T in about six months (at that point, the dose actually went DOWN because it was just over the high end of normal range). Is this a thing that happens? Does it mean my levels magically went up with no more testosterone? I have recently started taking Wellbutrin for depression (and it's working) but I don't' see how that could possibly be related.
Have heard it can sometimes happen just not likely. Same with your voice dropping. Can take upto 3 years; for most at the 2 year mark it basically plateaus
2 years is usually where it's done but I've definitely heard of people who have growth spurts later on! My changes always came in waves, never steadily, and even being about 3.5 years now, I get weird spikes in things like sex drive and I've even had some voice changes again recently (granted, small ones for the voice). The 2 year rule for most changes (except hair and fat) is a generalization, and the probability of getting more after that is low, but not 0. You're probably one of the exceptions!
It may also be related to your lowering dose. One of my spikes in sex drive definitely correlated to a lowered dose, probably because my T was converting and the lower dose also meant lower estrogen for the T to battle. If your T is too high, a lowered dose actually would likely yield more changes. It's less about having a lot of T and more about how high your T is compared to your Estrogen.
