In six days I am having surgery with two surgeons. I am having surgery with Dr. Wittenberg and Satterwhite. I am so excited to get them both done at the same time. The 12 of march will be the day I will remember for the rest of my life. So excited that I am starting to lose sleep. Roughly getting about 4 to 5 hours of sleep. Also I have been talking to my therapist. That helps a little but I get nervous again. Brownsteincrane office has not be the greatest. But the result look really good. I saw a few girls on here said they went to the same surgeon as me. I am worried about dilation and pain wise. I am quite a baby when it comes to pain. I also worried about my boyfriend being inside me cause he is on the big size. I want to be able to please him. I want him to like my kitten when I get her. I saw pics of her post op result's and it looks pretty good as well. But help me please I know I am all over the place. I had lack of sleep and I am always excited but scared.
Congratulations on your upcoming appointments! Your excited thoughts are what's affecting your sleep pattern. Think "big vacation", "Christmas", any large event in your life.
Best wishes and try to get some rest beforehand... you want your immune system and health in best possible condition. I know you are excited but you're all set to go now, so at this point try to relax and think about the positives you will be enjoying in the future.
After GCS many of the nerves are cut and with medications the pain is not bad. Remember to ask for more pain meds if you need them.
Tell your surgeon beforehand about the size request. if you have enough graft then it may be accommodated.
I am excited for you.
I will definitely ask her more questions before hand. Thank you so much. I will keep you posted about my journey.
