36 band
40 bust

I'm a 40 band and 46 bust but because the are side set they just make my chest wider for the larger measurement. When pulled forward by my bra the are a full to overflowing 40C

I found some websites that recommend to wear a bra to be measured? How is the correct way?

I went to a lingerie store to be properly fitted.  They asked me to keep my bra on because it prevents sagging from skewing the measurement.  Not that our perky pubescent boobies have that much sag, but for cis women our age, it would be a real concern.

I am a 36D

I was professionally fitted and it worth it. When a bra fits rights, it feels so comfortable you forget you are wearing it.
