I was looking at the site (new here) and saw this forum for trans Gendered... and another for trans SEXUAL . I see the descriptions of the forums, but they appear the same. I do not want to step on toes here. Can someone please tell me where a 8-9 year post op fully transitioned transwoman would hang to be involved and contribute ? TY peeps and apologies for the blonde moment ;)

We do have definitions for the terms, on this site. Just click on this (https://www.susans.org/forums/index.php/topic,54369.0.html) link.
But honestly, just hang out wherever you like, sweetie. Contribute to whatever you feel you have something to say about. We try not to exclude anyone from anything, because people have insight, opinions, and stories to share on many different aspects of life. So just have a read through everything and if anything catches your eye that you feel you have something to say about, don't be afraid to just jump in and express yourself, okay?
*hugs*
"Transgender" is a pretty broad umbrella. Just about everyone here is either transgender, or is wondering whether they might be transgender, or is the spouse of someone who is.
"Transsexual" implies that they are pursuing modifying their body with hormones and/or surgery, or have already done so.
The definitions don't limit where you can post. If you have something to say or ask relating to the subject matter of the forum, go right ahead.
I am post surgical a very long time and I post just about anywhere I feel I can contribute to the conversation. The site is divided so if your searching for information on a topic, you only need to look in a limited number (hopefully one) location for information. If you have something to contribute, post wherever your comfortable.
The only warning is if you start posting like me, you might end up a moderator. >:-)
Well, as one blond to another, I tend to go where the thread looks interesting and more often not say or text something. Don't worry, be happy!
