Where does the time go. On the one hand this hasn't been a particularly good month for me, but on the plus side none of it was gender related. I also came out to HR and my supervisor, both were great about it. Anyway here we go. At the beginning of March I ran my 12th marathon, which was my worst performance to date. Since I've only been getting back into running this week I've put on a couple of pounds. Though according to my measurements most of that seems to be going to my hips and chest, so I have that going for me.

And here's what I look like up close.

I've also been experimenting with a new hairstyle, what do you think?

I'm starting to think about when I'm going to want to start going full time. I've only been gendered female a handful of times, but being in the closet gets worse with each passing day.

Wow-wheee.. thanks for posting about your 7 month HRT successes. Your progress has been remarkable according to the photos.
That is sure good news about your job, HR and your supervisor. Not everyone has that kind of good experience at their work.
Ahhhh, the marathon .... I have run a lot of marathons and half marathons in the past and since I started my HRT more than 3 years ago, my times have sucked, but I still participate knowing that I may never achieve the times that I did as my male self. Oh yeah, a little extra weight does indeed impact performance but if the weight is going to the right places that is good!!!!
Your close up pics and all of your pics looks terrific... and I love your beautiful hair.
I tried to go full-time in my first year of HRT but I waited until I could successfully pass 100% at about year and a half... now I am past the 3 year mark, living as a female full-time and there is not ever a problem passing. Your results will of course may not be the same as mine.
As you stay on your HRT journey things will continue to improve, not always as quickly as you might desire, but the changes will keep coming. You will know when it will be the right time to go full time.... lots of things to consider however so think it through.
Thanks for posting your pics and your thoughts.
Wishing you well in your journey.
Please keep the update coming.

Yes I know I'm lucky in that regard. I am a scientist, and I work at a national l ab so I would be truly shocked if my close coworkers would have any deep seated problems with me.

Thanks, though I feel I should include a disclaimer, I've had wide hips for most of my life. It actually made buying guy pants a real pain. When I got my first pair of women's jeans I was amazed that clothing could actually fit properly.
Thanks for sharing your progress! It looks like things are going well for you. Also glad to hear that work went well.
Wow you look so much like my last supervisor a cis female!! I had the same problem with my butt and buying "male" pants my whole life. It was too big! I wore leggings as young as 11 ir 12 around the house .. oh by the way I'm a month right behind you on hrt [emoji4] so can't wait for 1 year!!
