Title: Limb.. circumference? shape? Not sure what exactly.
Post by: Roll on April 01, 2018, 11:48:45 PM
So I was looking at a picture with my forearms only earlier, and I realized they looked super masculine. Would never think they were a woman's arms in that picture in a million years. I've seen people refer to their leg muscles reshaping a bit to a more feminine pattern (with mtf hrt obviously), so wondering what effects people have seen with arms. Has anyone noticed a slenderizing effect?

Mine did get a little smaller but the major effect is that the fat under the skin gets thicker so less muscle definition shows and there is less vascularity.  That happened even though I lost a lot of weight at the same time.

The same happened to my legs except that while they have actually gotten more muscular they look smoother unless I make a big effort to pose and flex.

I lost my forearm muscles to be sure. One day I caught myself with my arms crossed in a mirror and realized how bony my elbows looked. My whole upper body lost muscle size quickly.

Keto is making me more vascular. My hands are gnarly, especially if I'm working with my hands. Feet too and my legs and forearms are starting to show definition I haven't seen in a long time.
