thank you very much ladies !
actually I have been digitally off the grid for ... a long time.
lets keep the good spirit go
Dr Salgado specializes in vaginoplasty where there is not enough penile tissue for a more common penile inversion GCS. If you have enough tissue for penile inversion GCS, that is the preferred procedure as it is less complicated then a colon GCS.
If you need additional tissue for your GCS, there are others areas to get this tissue besides the colon. Dr Ting in NYC has a procedure where peritoneal tissue from inside the abdomen is used for GCS.
Who ever does your surgery, I wish the best, as all these procedures are major operations and recovery takes several weeks.
thanks for this info.
At the moment my decision lies between
a local surgeon (20 miinutes from my home) and the convenience attached
vs. somebody more experienced and/or with more visible record of positive reviews,
this is my situation.
Any others having first or second hand appreciations from Dr Salgado's work ?
thanks again to all
keep well
