Hi ladies, Im a male but open mind for the beauty and sexual stuff, I would like to make my nipples and my areolas bigger, and puffy. I read about some product for that like progesterone gel and oestrogel, my ask is: if I start putting the gel only on my nipples, will it take bad effect on my erection and semen or I can be calm about that? Also, will be great if you share some other product that may be good.
Thanks :)
Hi, Nokodin!
Welcome to Susan's.
I don't have any information on products. Hormones are usually only available by prescription, and Susan's discourages self-medicating. Female hormones can shut down production of testosterone, even without blockers. There are no guarantees that your male reproduction functions would not be affected.
Please feel free to stop by the Introductions forum (https://www.susans.org/forums/index.php/board,8.0.html) to tell the members about yourself. Here is some information that we like to share with new members:

If you apply topical estrogens to your skin, the estrogens will be absorbed into your blood system and be distributed through your body. It make little difference where on the skin you apply the estrogen, your results will be for your entire body. Do not expect a local effect.
Results may vary, I take injections/oral AA, do not get random erections, but if I want one I can produce one. Not quite as hard as they used to be, but still enough to be "functional". It may be because I'm still a bit borderline on the levels, definitely on the female side of it though.
Basically, if you want to enlarge your nipples, hormones aren't going to be a viable option. Probably none product will.
I'm on HRT for 11 months now and although my breasts have grown substantially, my nipples and areolas are still just as small as before.
For bigger areolas, you can always go for a (medical) tattoo.

@
Stella and
Nikodine:
In
my personal experience with HRT, (no creams, lotion or suction) around the 9 month point my nipples did indeed grow in size and in projection... a few months later my Areolas increased in diameter.
Now, after 3+ years of HRT my breasts are a C-cup, with nice feminine looking details.... but of course every BODY reacts differently with HRT, at it's own pace slower or quicker, and results can vary widely... there is no standard timeline and no standard for the kinds of significant changes anyone else will achieve.
As is stated frequently on the Forums.... "You mileage may vary."
Danielle
I understand.
Thank you very much.
I actually thinking about suction cup/pump maybe.... its temporary, but enought for The act of pleasure :)
I am using progesterone cream prescribed by a doctor to enlarge mine before breast augmentation. It is a few months now and I think they are somewhat bigger and darker. I am no expert. I have been told by a pharmacist that the progesterone applied this way tends to stay local and not travel through the blood stream to any great degree. I have no penis to tell you whether or not that is effected.

You do need to be careful with suction as you can blister some very sensitive body parts and blisters suck. Experiance talking. The resultsa re very temporary imho

@ Moni: Thanks for your input on this thread. I have heard from other tran-women about mixed results from the creams used for nipples and areolas enlargement, some say it works and others... not so much... but it can't hurt anything but your pocketbook to try and if it works satisfactory, that is all good.
Thanks again for your reply.
Hugs, Danielle
I usually spend a few hours a day wearing some small suction cup-like things designed for enlarging the nipple. They are sold under the name "Supple Nipps" and Supple Cups". They come in several sizes and I've worked my way up 3 sizes. I used to have completely flat nipples, but they have a permanent perk and protrude nearly 1/2" when chilly or stimulated. You don't get permanent results fast. I've been doing it for over a year. They don't have the diameter I would like yet, but I'm hoping size 3, which is wider, will help that a bit.

Lyric.... Yes, I am aware that those are mostly sold for Nursing Mothers... I think that their purpose was to help the nipple protrude more as an aid to a suckling baby. I am not certain it will do anything for the arerolas... but worth a try perhaps.

Hi Danielle,
It has only been a few months so my result is inconclusive. I will be getting augmentation in July so I don't even care if the breasts grow more. My hope is between the creme and the stretching caused by the implant, that things will look okay. "Perfect" has never been a goal. Nice to talk to you. :)

They're mainly for expansion of the protruding nipple. They don't always cover much of the aureolas. I understand other suction gadgets, such as the Noogleberry, may help with that, but I've not tried that.
I noticed a doubling of the size of my nipples and the surrounding area on hrt, of course that also came with significant breast growth so yeah I don't think you isolate one aspect of the physical changes caused by hormones.

@ krobinson: YES, what you stated was exactly my experience... after 3+ years of HRT, I am now a full C-sup with all the details of my breasts looking exactly like a cis-women's breasts. This was verified by my locker room encounter at a local gym I regularly go to with 5 cis-women friends that do not know of my male past.... I was struggling to get my sweaty
pull-over sports bra off and one of the women commented as she looked at my bare torso and upper body that I have a very nice figure and great curves........... my oh, my,.... certainly lovely words to hear and very affirming words.
note, the next sports bra I buy with be a front-closure style !!!! The pull-over styles are difficult to get out of when I am all sweaty..... I just about have to be a contortionist and dislocate my shoulders to get them off!!!!

Put one arm in through the band on knew side to get it loose. Once you do this, that side can go up and over the head, the rest follows.
At least, that's what I've read and it works for me, and I have a large rib cage.

Thanks
Emily.... yes, that method (among others) works for me also, but when I am all sweaty any of my tops and and other pull-over stuff like sports bras can be much more difficult to get off... I even went a size up and still had issues.... at least in my own experience.... and I am quite small framed, 5'4" perhaps 5'5" with my hair fluffed up .... Next one I buy will be a front-closure.

That's a wonderful and indeed affirming compliment and I'm sure truly meant. Wonderful feeling! Congratulations.
