Title: Told my sons
Post by: MeTony on April 06, 2018, 02:56:34 PM
I told my sons today. 13 and 16 years old. We had time to sit and talk for a while. The older boy said he knew. Not surprised. The younger boy asked "Will you change names? And what will call you? Can I still say mom?"

Got to love them. My wonderful open minded boys. :)

This is proof you raised them well and are an awesome parent.  And I don't just say that with transgender bias.  Being perceptive and open minded helps people succeed in many ways.

You are a pretty level-headed guy, so I am not surprised that your sons are open-minded.  Like Kendra said, good parenting.

Thank you. Have not always felt like a good parent. Haha. But I've taught them what is important. I got proof of that discussing human rights with kids make them open minded yesterday.
