So I went in and had body contouring with a fat transfer to my breasts on April 11th, and they were able to put 750 cc's of fat into each of my formerly 38b breasts. The first time I got a look in the mirror I was all "OMG those are amazing! That's exactly what I want." But I know the swelling is going to go down, and I will lose some volume due to my body absorbing some of the fat. But I don't want it to.. Its a little depressing.
Wow I didn't know they could do fat transfers to your breasts! I wonder why that isn't a more popular option than implants, it probably looks more natural. Do post pics of the before and after! :) I'm curious to see the results.

@Charlie Nicki - It's a fairly common procedure now adays, the only issue is that usually you can get at best 1 or 2 cup size increase. And the results vary per person and how much of the transferred fat stays vs how much is reabsorbed.
This gives me hope. I have fat in my stomach that I could never get rid of for the past 15 years so maybe that's something for me to consider in the future... I also kinda like the "pudgy/soft" (but not too much) look.. it's feminine and cute in a way

My sister in law just had it done as part of her rebuild after a double mastectomy. It sure did a great job with out them having to use really big implants.
So I'm two weeks out from the surgery and the bruising is all gone, which is nice. I was black, blue yellow and blood red across most of my chest and in spots along my back. They have me come in every two days or so for ultrasound massage's to help with the swelling and healing. When I went in yesterday they measured me, so we will see in a couple weeks if theres any shrinkage. Overall there was next to no pain in my breasts, but ohh man has sleeping been uncomfortable since they did the lipo front side and back.

Well one month out and I am still having some discomfort sleeping on my back, and no way I can sleep on my side. But the swelling has gone down a lot, and I am getting the compression garment off today. So I went to VS yesterday and got fitted for a non underwire bra. Turns out I am a 38D, borderline DD. And while I know VS sizes are sort of strange, it still feels very nice having come from a B.
Great size change. I really love the look and shape once you start getting bigger.
