Title: Tried a supplement
Post by: Larisa on May 03, 2018, 01:13:41 PM
Ive started to take a supplement. Im not sure if they want me to write the name of it here. Ive noticed even after a week or so how my facial hair has grown slightly slower with what is still there. This combined with my melatonin my doctor said to take 6 months ago seems to bringing my anxiety down some also.

I see my doctor soon so Im gonna go over this with her to see if this is safe for now. My mood has been better most of all the last days!

Im not sure where this is gonna go but Im sticking with it because of what it has done! Im not taking much of this yet it's helping little by little!

I hope it's not something I have to quit! I feel lots better than even 2 weeks ago.

Hi Larisa 🙋‍♀️ Anything you put in your body affects your body.  I'm not certain if your on hrt or not, but there are some supplements that can interfere with medications you may be taking.  It's safest to consult your doctor about any supplements you are taking.
It is the ultimate goal that we all have, feeling well and good, but your body needs to be kept healthy also.

Hugs and smiles, Jessica
