Hi Gabby, and welcome to Susan's Place! I think you'll find that everyone here is pretty nice, so no worries about that. It's pretty likely you'll find friends here who understand exactly what you're experiencing. I wrote in my own thread about dreams coming true, and having to find something new to wish for, so I get it! I started HRT just short of a year ago, and life has been a bit of a rollercoaster, but the peaks are so much higher now than they used to be. Hang on tight and keep your arms and legs inside the ride at all times! It's all so worth it.
Ha! This section was going to contain the links that Danielle just sent you, but she beat me to it again! So instead I'll again just say welcome, congratulations on starting your journey, and thanks for coming here to share it with us.
Stephanie

Hi gabby,

Hi Gabby, welcome!
I'm a MTF (40 y/o) in Bedfordshire. I've been on HRT for around 11 months and have a thread covering my own experience to date with that.
Good luck with everything, and there are plenty of friendly people here to support you. X
