Title: Flexibility

I've been wondering for a while now..
Male born people mostly have limited flexibility, like when trying to do a split. I think it's because our hip bones aren't wide enough or something. So, after being on hrt for a long enough time, do you see an improvement in flexibility, and can you now do a split or anything you couldn't before?
I'm curious

I don't.  If the difference is indeed due to bone structure, that is not surprising, since bone structure does not change once you reach adulthood.

Anatomically it is easier for women. Men, typically dancers and gymnasts, can also do "splits" because they've stretched those muscles repeatedly for many years, often since childhood. HRT, will not magically make you more flexible. Only stretching will do that. Yoga might be a good start.

Age has robbed me of much flexibility. That is, body flexibility, my attitudes have become much more flexible.

I'd love to be more flexible in general.  I think weight loss and stretching will help me with this more so than HRT will.
