Hi,
I've been on hormones for 2+ years, and what I guess is a stable dose. Is it normal to wake up some days feeling like a corpse?

That is probably something you should talk to your doctor about.
I get up feeling a bit hungover, due to dehydration from the spiro. I drink lots of water, which makes me get up to pee a couple of times in the night, but I still feel dehyfrated in the morning. My doctor did try to adjust my dosage, but my T came back up when she did. I'd rather be dehydrated, so I am back on a stable dose.

No, it's very unusual for a corpse to get up.
I didn't enjoy spiro for that very reason. It also meant a very broken sleep pattern. So my doctor changed it out to zoladex (t inhibitor not blocker) implant. Ever since my t has been much lower and there are literally no side effects. :)
