Title: Traveling with T
Post by: Sleepydf on July 03, 2018, 01:55:56 AM
We're going on a cruise later this year and I don't want to be late on a dose, but also not sure on rules for traveling with T since it's a bit more controlled than other meds.

As long as your T was prescribed by a licenced doctor and dispensed by a licenced pharmacy, there should be no problem with taking your T where ever you go. I am speaking for US based cruise ships and the normal ports of call.

Get a signed doctor's or clinic note that says you're on it in case.

Have the prescription and you will be fine. If you want extra comfort then the doctor can write you a carry letter that says you are on injection medicine. Put all your supplies in a hard case (I used an old Parmesan cheese shaker container). I took T and needles to China with no issue so a ship should be no problem.
