The other day I noticed one of my female coworkers keep darting looks at my nails while we were chatting... Lol she usually talks to me as if I'm one of the girls anyway. Fantastic post. Nails are a thing for me right now. I take biotin & fish oil. Skin and hair is doing well - can't get good nails though. Your nails are exquisite - mine keep breaking and splitting no matter what I do. Estrogen seems to weaken my nails. Would you recommend gel nails?

Thank you so much for the compliment. I wish I could recommend gel nails, but I've never had them. I would love to have them someday though. Right now even at home I'm only out through conversation with my wife. Hope you find a solution that works for you.

I have tried many different types of nails for durability I love the acrylic paste not with the fake tips just the paste alone is highly durable and for polish here it's $10 but gel polish will stand up to just about anything I've dropped rocks in my nails moved furniture banged them and everything and the gel polish may scratch a tiny bit but it still stays on even through all the damage although it is time to have them redone lol and the lady put the tips on even though I told her not to which is why the one is missing tips come off to easy (https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20180705/aa8c7b54494e3fd3ebf91ac87204e327.jpg)
