I measured the other day and my waist is just under 34 and hips are at 40.5. I'm tall at 6'
I think this is a decent start and hope to improve. The ratio is .84 which is considered moderate for a woman and super low for a man.
Any thoughts on how to improve? I'm building up my gluteus and hips with exercise.

Interesting statistic. I have a 33" waist and 40" hips which puts me at 0.825.
Moderate for women. I've been running 5 miles every other day, which may have a bearing on my waist, but the hrt has changed my hips.
I'm a numbers person as an engineer by trade and schooling so this kind of stuff excites and motivates me.
Hips and buttocks are made up of three major tissues, bone, muscle and fat.
If you are past the age of 25, there is little you can do about your bone structure. Earlier than age 25, HRT will definitely give you the shape you want.
Muscle can be built up to the point where your gluteus maximus muscle can be significantly larger.
The real important thing is fat. Trim women have a body fat of about 20%. More than that tends to be placed on the outer thighs and buttocks. More than 30% body fat is too much. Expect to see this extra fat on your face, arms, tummy and breasts.
If you are exercising to the point of body fat less than 20%, you are not going to have enough fat for a typical female body. But you will look fantastic wearing high fashion clothing. 8)
.73, I need more pie! Now if only my ribs were a bit smaller that would be amazing! 🙈🙊🙉
0.73 pre hrt
I have 1.0. Moderate for a man. I don't have big hips. 110 cm around. Mostly fat. I'm losing weight. When I was smaller my hips were narrow.
