I guess I'm 15 months post op and still haven't orgasmed ... not directly what I'm posting about, I'm patient (maybe too patient ;-) ) and am continuing to look for them, it's a fun search 😍. By way of more background, something I used to do pre-op & pre-hrt (so quite a long time ago, 2.7 years) was expel my ejaculate by massaging my G spot (aka prostate) with a rigid toy (made for myself, of ptfe/Teflon).
Ok fast forward 15 months. Saturday I was looking for those missing orgasms. I've been enjoying anal penetration more lately, usually after vaginal, both when doing myself and with my partner. That morning I was feeling it and pulled out the rigid dildo. Unfortunately so far I'm unable to hit my G spot vaginally except with fingers and mine don't reach that deep ... I need to make a toy just for vaginal G spot access and maybe train my partner better ;-).
Here's what happened, I inserted the rigid toy and angled to massage my G spot, press moderately hard and there it is, the feeling of ejaculation that I've missed for over a year, quite nice and all and then I wanted vaginal penetration so introduced my regular toy there, enjoy the feeling and wanted to go back to hitting my G spot, removed the toy from my vagina and.
It's covered in a dark brown, almost grey fluid.
There goes my orgasm search, I'm immediately terrified I may have created a recto vaginal fistula??! Did a sniff test ... no e-coli scent here, whew some relief, of course I'm still confused and worried. So into the bathroom, reinsert the vaginal toy, it comes out without any untoward signs. At this point I'm suspecting what's actually happened, perhaps astute readers have already figured it out.
I cleaned up quickly and then returned to "play", and reinserted the rigid toy, and went to massage the G spot again several more times, I'm a horny enough woman that I'm able to enjoy this even when worried. I checked again and sure enough there's oddly colored fluid in my vagina.
Of course what happened is my prostate hadn't released semen in well over a year and some blood products had accumulated. I'm concerned because of course not orgasming for extended periods is associated with prostatitis etc and have checked in with my PCP about that.
So friends, post-op and otherwise, consider working on those orgasms or G spot massage to keep things moving.
