Has anyone experienced major changes in body weight, fat distribution or breast development after SRS?
And while I'm at it, I'll ask if I should be worried about no clitoral hood at 4-5 months? I have to avoid pretty much any activity where I could get hit in the crotch and it's driving me nuts.

Yes. GCS/SRS is guaranteed to nearly eliminate testosterone without relying on a t-blocker.

Same for me until GCS-2 (labiaplasty) 6 months after GCS-1 (vaginoplasty).
Second stage is often called cosmetic but I don't agree with that term. I found there are several functional benefits to GCS-2.
When peeing after GCS-1 I tended to make a mess spraying in random directions. I mentioned that to the surgeon during GCS-2 pre-op meeting and that was completely solved by fine-tuning location of urethra.

I agree with you. I mean... the fact that a vital part of me is exposed makes it necessary enough. I don't need a porn star vagina, I just need a functional one. Thankfully my surgeon assured me that it's easier to deal with than the initial request for SRS. And
As far as body changes go, I haven't changed at all! I was hoping I'd be able to put on some weight or something, but I'm skinny as ever. My voice range lessened a bit, I just lost any ability to go too baritone(not that I'm complaining).
For me the answer is no additional changes after SRS (20 years ago now) ... it is a very much YMMV thing.

I am only 8 weeks post-op, but I can honestly say that now my gender dysphoria is completely gone! It is a wonderful feeling! Saved my Life! ♥

I'm sorry to hear that. I suppose I'm largely fine with being skinny. I've decided to save up for breast implants to balance things out.

I'm happy for you! My dysphoria is also gone, now I just have to deal with the ramifications of my tunnel vision and not thinking about what I'd do once I did get it.

I think my Doctor did a One Step SRS on me. I was so excited that I can't remember! Will have to wait until the swelling goes down to see! I am also "spraying" so maybe I will need a touch-up too. Is the Labiaplasty very painful? Any details would be appreciated! ♥

'Spraying' is a really common side effect of the swelling. It may easily disappear on it's own.
While I had a 'one step' procedure I am in th small fraction where it doesn't 'take'. The clitoral hood and labia minora vanished, so I will need a 'stage 2' labiaplasty after all. (The intermediate state I find myself in is rather uncomfortable. I definitely avoid underwear when in a nightgown or similar, just to get relief from the irritation.)
Ouch! I hope they take care of you Michelle. I am only 8 weeks post-op and still a little swollen. Too early to tell. ♥
