Title: Hy
Post by: Frostey on September 23, 2018, 04:34:09 PM
Hy,  So I'm Frosty. It's nice to meet everyone.

I've lurked around a few times when I stumbled across susan's place looking for advice or information but I've finally gotten around to making an account. I'm 32 mtf and just starting hrt. A little nervous about starting so late  but my beautiful baby was worth the wait.  I'm still trying to figure so much out but it feels like I'm finally moving forward.

I'm never sure how to introduce myself online cuase theres not much interaction in a single interview post. So ask away I'm more than happy to talk and get to know everyone.

P.s.
One of my post questions was are you human  and I really wanted to answer  "no I am a meat popsicle" from the 5th element

Hey Frosty! :)
You'll soon realise that it's never late :) There's a lot of people who start HRT later than you so don't worry about that :)
It's enough for introduction to say "hello", and I see you've already started asking your questions when you bumped into greets band :D I mean, if you wanna tell something - tell it. If you have a question - ask, that's how it works :)
Welcome here and have fun :)

Hi Frosty, it is a lot brighter out of the "readers" (lurkers) zone.
You are not starting later than many of us, I myself was 61 young.
Age and genetics can be prime factors in how hrt effects us, and they have different effects on us all. I was lucky to have inherited my mother's genes and have had some nice success.
So I'm inclined to think genes trump age, but then again ymmv (your mileage may vary).

Interacting with other members is how you learn and share, with a side of friendship.
Find a topic you find interesting and join in.

Hugs and smiles from a California girl

@Frostey
Dear Frostey:
Thank you for reading the Official Welcome comments from our lovely member  @Kendra on the other thread that you were recently welcomed as a new member of Susan's Place and then following the suggestion and Link to come here to the Introductions Forum to tell more members about yourself and your arrival here on the Forums.

Your Introductions posting will give many other members here a chance to get to know you and there will be those that can identify with much of what you are going through in your journey.   Therefore you should be able to start the sharing process and experience more give and take with other like minded members... and there is no doubt that you can make some new friends here in the process.

Enjoy your time here on the Forums, I trust that you will find this an enjoyable and informative experience.
Best wishes to you.... and again, Welcome to Susan's Place
Danielle
