I just got my bilateral orchiectomy 4 days ago and want to see how soon did any other ladies notice any changes with body and also with there mood thanks
Welcome to Susan's Place. Normally changes are slow however it depends somewhat on your Estradiol dosage. Estradiol is more effective if your not dealing with testosterone or blockers. I am moving your thread to the correct location and if you look around you may find more useful information.

Welcome, Kimmie! I had my orchi last September. My body changes were pretty much done before I had the surgery, so I can't draw any conclusions there. The effect on mood was hard to gauge because it seemed to me getting the E back in my system was the key to feeling better, but there was an overall feeling of peace and quiet within days.
Congratulations on the surgery! :)
Hugs, Devlyn
