Title: A Windy Day
Post by: helenmarie on October 03, 2018, 09:58:13 AM
On a windy day, I like to go into the garden & feel the wind blowing up & around my legs, to me it feels lovely. Sometimes if the wind is strong it lifts my dress up around my waist, & shows off my knickers, that is great as well. So do go out on a windy day & feel that lovely feeling for yourself.

Ahhh, the  Marilyn Monroe  effect !!!!
All of that is fine but when winter hits here, I don't want the below zero wind blowing around my legs....  time for lined denim jeans, longer and warmer long sleeve dresses with leggings underneith, boots, sweaters, gloves, hats, etc. .....   but I do agree with you that in the more moderate weather the feeling of exposed legs is not so bad.

I love the way my skirts and dresses dance around in the wind tickling my legs! Driving with the windows down and letting the hem flutter and flip, sometimes giving passing truckers a free show!.
And when the breeze lifts it too high, I have to check myself to see if I remembered panties!

I wear a kilt most every day after work.  My lightest ones feel best.   I just love the pleats blowing around.  So far only a couple Marylan Monroe moments.  I always have proper panties on too.  Don't need that sort of attention for sure.

Mike, the proper way to wear a kilt is without panties. Real Scots don't give a rip if the breeze flips them up.
Now, a pleated mini-skirt is something else!

I guess I am not a real Scott.  I wear panties under everything else including to bed.  Some mind you are boy panties but never a boxer again!

I also think if someone exposed themselves it gives a bad rap for other guys in skirts.   I usually get very positive comments and want to keep it that way.  But I do get asked about what I wear under the kilt by the hardest folks.  Like in Costco by a mid 40 s woman and in a senior center elevator visiting my parents.  Woman are curious[emoji847]
