Title: Custom made implant forehead
Post by: chinee on October 07, 2018, 03:48:01 AM
Has anyone here had custom made implant on forehead as part of their FFS? I just want to know if it feels natural if you poke it or if it doesnt have any complications?

All implants have a possibility of complications. Implants made of silicone feel very natural, depending on the size and area of the implant.

Most FFS procedures reduce the bone. I have to ask, why are you thinking of an implant on the forehead? It would help to know what specific procedure you are thinking of.

well recently I just had done type 2 forehead reconstruction and after two months I realized the changes was too subtle for me. In addition, I wanted my upper forehead area to have more volume and on the sides as well. I was thinking of just doing fat graft (common trend in South Korea), however, I am aiming for more permanent result but also concern about its long term safety.

Im also thinking to redo my forehead to type 3 but thats for another day maybe in the next few years as I dont really want to open half of my face again.
