I once came across a link on this forum about a year ago about a website that for a fee, would photoshop your pictures by editing out your masculine facial features, essentially "simulating" what you would look like after FFS
You had to send well taken face shots from all angles and you could also choose how many commisioned pictures you wanted, up to three I think? and you could even ask for a detailed summary too about the kind of procedures they simulated on you but it costs extra for that...
I don't think the website was for profit, but the person running it seemed like an expert, they even had pages about each type of surgery and went into great detail about how they were done.
Argh! I wish I bookmarked that site! I'm a year into my transition now and planning to go in for my FFS consultation soon and I think having these pictures handy with me during that time would 100000% help in communicating what I want across to the surgeon.
If you read this far, I just want to say thank you! Cheers to a happier future.
Maybe this one?

I haven't used it...would be interested if others have.

@Babycakes
someone from Susan's has had it done -ummmmmm trying to remember. @Kendra ?
I'm not sure if Kendra did or not. I used Alexandra's service and found it to be extremely helpful. She does good work and I recommend her to anyone wondering about a second opinion from a mostly impartial person.
I had Alexandra do this, and very glad I did.
VirtualFFS (http://www.virtualffs.co.uk/) is a forecast of the future, not 100% precise but can help with important decisions. There are so many variables that will affect the results of FFS - which surgeon, your genetic background, age when starting HRT, and how you recover. I found Alexandra's assessment and recommendations almost identical to two in-person FFS evaluations I had a few months later (one in Boston, one in Spain).
I haven't uploaded my photo set from Alexandra because I am waiting for the half-year mark after FFS for comparison. I will be posting full details this December.
This was your first post, so I'll add information to help with navigation and site guidelines.
Babycakes, welcome to Susan's!
