I drink different teas peppermint or spearmint.I also want to know if one called throat coat is safe to drink on Spiro?I already had some. My throat is sore from allergies and the tea is soothing.
Hi
@Coffeedrew peppermint and spearmint teas are testosterone lowering products and your doctor should be consulted if you have been prescribed Spironolactone.
In particular 'throat coat' has warnings to consult your physician if you are taking diuretics or potassium depleting agents. Spironolactone have both those actions.

Nitpick: Spiro is potassium sparing not depleting.
definitely confirm with Dr. on all of them
Peppermint does little to nothing for HRT so should be safe as for as detrimental effects go in that regard.
Spearmint is way bad for kidneys. If you have any kidney issues, stay clear.
Throat coat is primarily licorice. Read all the bad concerning that

Camomile
Lemon anything (zinger, ginger etc)
Green
Orange pekoe
Black
Mandarin orange spice
Cinnamon rose
Sleepytime
And many others
Just look for any warnings and avoid the three above unless you consult a doctor.
There may be others that may interact poorly with spiro, so use the google for any unknowns.
Thank you.

Are hair nails and skin gummies safe?
They should be, but ask your doctor to be safe.
