Title: Has anyone with Aetna gotten insurance to cover FFS?

Their trans policy says that they consider the various operations done in FFS to be cosmetic, but I'm wondering if anyone has gotten them to cover it anyway and if so I'd like to know how you did it. I'm located in Texas.
