I will not be putting any new staff on until after the holiday period is over - it would be too traumatic for all concerned.
Being a GM is not the easiest of tasks and involves a significant time contribution, it involves dealing with difficult situations and maintaining an unbiased attitude under what can be at times significant duress.
I need grounded people who are literate, who are able to work independently but who can also work seamlessly in a team environment. If you do not respond well to a stressful environment and dislike confrontation then it may not be the staff job for you.
However there are many other staff jobs that need filling. News, Links, Minecraft, Wiki, Chat all need staff.
Please if you are interested in helping - and we need help - go to the Staff List and contact the Admin of the section and ask them if you can help.
